“Jimin!”

Jimin turned around in shock to see that Karla was staring at him, her hands akimbo and her lips pursed jn a frown. From the expression on her face, he guessed immediately that she had been calling his name for a long while and he had not replied her.

“I’ve been shouting your name for the past five minutes!” she frowned. “You left me hanging there to come and stare into space or what?”

Jimin rubbed his hands over his eyes like someone in a trance and he ran his hands through his hair.

“Look, I’m sorry,” he said. “I have a lot on my mind now. Could we talk about this later? I’ll explain better. I have to go somewhere now.”

“Where is that?” she frowned. “Where do you want to go?”

“Its actually a meeting,” Jimin lied. “A private meeting. Look, I’m running late now. Can we talk about this later. I promise you, we would talk about it when I get back.”
