A rejected witch.

Meera kept walking down the worn path, which was invisible to any normal human. Only supernatural beings would be able to see the path to this place, and only once given entry, would anyone be able to enter Hades through there.

Her eyes glinted as she saw the cave come into focus.

There was a shimmer in the air there, which was a sign of wards being put over it, to deter anybody who dared come for nefarious purposes.

The witch rolled her eyes, snorting to herself as she neared the place.

Did any of them think that these measly wards would deter her if she really came to destroy them? With a shrug, she walked through the invisible, shimmering wall, and the wards broke instantly. bells went off in her head, but she kept walking until she finally reached the mouth of the cave.

Those witches had to have now known that she was here, she thought with a frown on her transformed face. The words she had just passed through were probably for that purpose.

Oh well, she thought, waving her hand
