15. Arrival

“They’ve crossed the border.” Osric growls from the bar, getting some ice for me as I’ve been in labor all day, it’s nearing 2 A.M. and the full moon is nearly at its peak.

My dad was right, almost an hour after getting here, the room filled with Osric and Embry’s scents, I couldn’t stand anyone else coming into the room.

Even Liliana coming in makes me growl, feeling like I have to keep this room safe from anything and anyone for my pups.

“Embry!” I cry out, gripping onto the pillow in front of me as tight as I can when I feel a very strong contraction hit hard.

“It’s ok we’re right here.” Osric hurries over to me as I shake my head feeling more pain shoot through my stomach and back.

“Sorry, I had to check in with Ryder, the fighting has begun.” Embry apologizes, coming over to me, they are both dressed in boxers after shifting back when we ate dinner.
