As the guards were busy with the fire, a small group of us slipped through the hole in the fence and made our way to the forest. It was a dangerous journey, but we moved quickly and quietly, staying off the main roads and avoiding any soldiers we came across.

Before the events, Ulva had joined a group of rebels who had been fighting against the tyrannical rule of Lycan.
