Alex calling Lindsay to cook left the team that had just arrived momentarily stunned.

Elric, Leslie, and Wendy all turned to look at Lindsay.

From Alex's tone, it sounded like he was very familiar with Lindsay and somewhat commanding.

Lindsay looked at Alex with an expression of exasperation. "Is that how you ask someone for help? Why do you think I should cook for you?"
