I admired the scenery outside, through the glass windows, marveling at how beautiful it was. I had always been a nature lover, albeit.

That wasn't the reason I was standing close to the window so early in the morning, still clad in my nightwear though. It was in a bid to divert my mind from Kaden.

I hadn't slept a wink all night, tossing and turning around. Praying to the Moon goddess that morning would dawn soon enough.

I couldn't wait to see him.

"Prinzessin," a knock came at the door just then. I whirled around, rubbing on my arms.

"Yes, come in."

The door creaked open, and a servant walked in. One thing I had noticed at Hezen was that every single one of them, from the servants up to the Alpha, were always smartly dressed. And beautiful too.

"The Königin requests that you head downstairs for breakfast. The Alpha is also there with her." She bowed.

"Oh, sure. Tell them to start without me. I'd be downstairs soon." I smiled.

"Yes, Prinzessin."
