Chapter 30

Lilly

Anna comes up to me and leads into my old room. She helps me get undressed  and into my costume. I stay silent the whole time. I don’t want to talk. I’m too embarrassed. I guess I left marks on Tank’s back and neck. I know I scratched him and bit him. But he told me it wasn't a big deal. So I believed him. I mean it wasn’t like he was going to walk around without a shirt on right? How was I supposed to know when I said he was sweaty, he would take his shirt off to wipe himself down. And judging by his reaction he didn’t know the marks were still there. It was embarrassing enough that everyone saw what I did. But when the jokes and wise cracks started that was so much worse. I had to leave before I began to cry in front of everyone. I know it is common for the guys to cut up with each other. I’m used to it. But when the jokes are directed at me
