“Hurry up and catch them!” One of them angrily commanded as they followed the two people. One man was carrying the woman in his arms.

They are Kavier and Loraine, their target.

Of course, Kavier and Loraine could hear their conversation but instead of getting angry, they just laughed at it.

“Don't worry too much about them, someone will deal with them.” Kavier calmly said, as if he had already expected this event.

Loraine raised her brows. “Who?”

“None other than your favorite man.” He teasingly said, making Loraine's brows furrow as she rolled her eyes.

“You already know that he was following us.” Loraine didn't ask, rather made the statement.

Kavier chuckled as he ran further to evade the attacks of those foolish assassins.

“You, too, had already known that he was going to follow us. That's why he easily lets you go. After all, given his possessive nature, he won't easily let you go with a man and your ex-child groom, in fact,” Kavier playfully said while laughing
