"The answer please?" She demanded.

"You passed out Leah. We have to take you in here and attend to you. Now, the herbal drink you just finished taking is an antidote to the poison. Remember the dart? It contained a poisonous substance and that's what had gotten you weak. But don't worry, the drink you have taken will fix the problem in no distant time," Eric adjusted the blanket that was covering her body.

"You heard the man," I added.

The alpha leaned closer to her bedside and reached for her right hand. "I'm sorry Leah about the way we treated you. I hope you can find a place in your heart and forgive me," he pointed at Eric, "likewise Eric."
