Chapter 120 - (Lana) – Waking up…

I remember the first time I met Seth. The way his ocean-blue eyes sparkle whenever he smiles. He was always easy to talk to and so much easier to be with. With him, I can be who I wanted to be and he would accept me.

He was always leaning in my favor even if it meant that he would be hurt. My happiness was his top priority, my safety was his second. His life revolved around me and yet it had to come to this before I realized how much he meant to me.

Nori was my first love and I was blinded by it far too many times, which lead to me hurting Seth.

I can have as many first love but I can only have one last love. And that is Seth—the man who is now lying lifelessly in front of me.

“Baby,” I said as I wipe his arms with a wet towel, “When you wake up, let’s just travel or stay in a faraway land. Let’s just live a simple life together and have as many babies as you want. Just wake up, please.”
