“We know,” Sol replied, “But Luna doesn’t.”

“Where is Lana?” I asked. If it was any consolation, I really miss my wife so much.

“She is in Purpura right now,” Jericho said, “And I know that she is not okay.”

“How about our baby?” I asked.

“She is almost due, Alpha,” Marko answered, “I am excited to see little Nathaniel.”

I am also excited to meet him. The things that I wanted
