Slipping on a simple shirt and some shorts, Jasmine skipped having breakfast. On her way down she got an alert from Whatsapp from Sydney.
Sydney had finally replied, [' Good to Know'].
Although it was not the reply she dreamed of still, Jasmine's heart rested a bit. The guilt which clouded her thoughts had evaporated. She didn't want to rush things, hence she only reacted to the message.
Upon hearing her footsteps, the servants lined up and then bowed their heads respectfully. "Good morning Ma'am," they said in unison with a curtsy.
Despite feeling overwhelmed, Jas replied with a smile " Blissful morning to you all" she was not even sure if it were still morning.
With that, they dispersed to carry on with their uncompleted chores.
