Squirming ever so slightly in my seat, I grappled with the decision before me. "Anna is just fine," I finally replied, opting for simplicity.

"Okay, Miss Anna, how may I assist you?" Mr. Peterson inquired, his voice carrying a sense of sincere curiosity.
