Chapter 20

Keane was cleaning up the alcohol bottles and takeout boxes scattered all over Callum's living room. He hasn't gone to work yet and remained to sulk in his home. If he doesn't stop anytime soon, Keane will be sending him to rehab or at least lock him up in a room until he sobers up. Keane heaved out a sigh as he saw Callum still sprawled out on the couch with the same clothes he had been wearing for days.

He definitely was stinking up the room which would explain the gas mask Keane was wearing along with a full PPE. It was overkill but he couldn't care less. Keane carefully peeled the pPe away from his body, leaving him a sticky and sweaty mess afterward. His phone started to ring and he scrambled to grab it from the table when he saw Lyle's name in the called ID.

"H-hey, Lyle," Keane said, trying to be as casual as possible.

"Hey, is Callum there? He's not answering his phone," Lyle asked.

"Yeah, he's here. He's asleep," Keane said.
