The end of the seventh qualifier

You are the boss, you are the leader, you are the driving force. If you are sick, who will take the helm? There is no one but you. So it seems reasonable to take care of yourself. I have no intention of preaching on this here, or telling you that you should get up early, eat vegetables and exercise--for that would be complete nonsense on my part, because I don't do all these things. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't stick to it, it's all good advice.

Taking care of the body from time to time is not a bad idea, and a thorough examination to detect any potential problems and nip them in the bud is also not a bad idea. I conduct an annual examination, and I also see that there are some foods that are donor and full of energy and vitality, which will raise your metabolic rate, and make you feel in the greatest condition. In contrast, there are foods that will make you lethargic and full, such as fats that will slow you down, and which can do you long-term damage as they cause blockages
