Chapter 83 Erma is more important

Alisha's POV

I hid under the bed with Magaly, clutching her tightly. I wished my body could turn into a shield, completely protecting her from any harm. The sounds of battle, clashes of weapons, and shouting from outside were chilling. I could do nothing but pray for it to end soon so I could take Magaly away for treatment.

Peering through the cracks under the bed, I saw broken hands, limbs stained with blood, and the intense battle outside. Although I couldn't see the specific details, I could feel more and more werewolves entering the room, trying to take down Gray, or more directly, trying to kill me.

I didn't know if Gray, on his own, could hold out. I cursed myself once more for my lack of combat abilities, unable to join the fight and protect Magaly.

The next moment, I heard Gray roar, and I felt the entire air suddenly become tense, instilling a deep and unexplainable fear. It was like being a small insect caught in a spider's web, with my body and soul bound.
