Diana was far too occupied to analyze her wolf’s silence. Amid the vigilance and worry, Diana was busy setting up countermeasures against the enemy’s so-called advanced illusion spells.

Until she keenly observed the Gelong before her as she attacked. The latter knew that the Gelong in front of her was indeed an elven folk as she saw how he easily dodged her attack as if he could see through the twitch of her muscles. It was not simply a stroke of luck or a prediction. Diana’s attacks only lasted a second or more but it was barely seen even when a user was using enhanced eyes – not even an alpha could see her attack aside from one particular race. They were the elves who followed the law of nature and were one with it.

The grin on his face and the glint of his golden eyes were telling her that he was enjoying her agitation.

“Ha! I can’t kill you? Tough thinking you got there, whatever you are.” Claws started to protrude and veins popped from her neck to her forehead doubled.
