Sarah was dragged to the center of the Pack's Square center, her head bowed the whole time as she whimpered in the shifter's hands.

The leader of the gamma wolf stood angrily as his disciples tied the end of a rope into a knot and threw the other end over a branch on the tree. "Any last words?" He asked in mockery. He was ready to relish the anger he'd felt for Sarah when Jake killed one of his men. Although Sarah didn't say anything, she wished she was dead instantly.

Just then, the thought of Jake crumbled in her head and she roamed her eyes searching for him, perhaps he could save her again. "Does he hate me to the extent that he didn't come to my aid?" Sarah thought after a fruitless search for him.

Her thoughts were scraped out when the leader of the gamma wolf forced Sarah's head through the hole between the knots and held on to the other end waiting for the king's orders.
