Fenris badged into Café Chrysalis – where Peter worked.

He shouted his lungs out.

“Peter! Bastard, show your face now!”

He had drawn the attention of everyone there.

The manager walked up to Fenris to salvage the situation.

“Peter no longer works here.” The manager informed him.

“Why?” Fenris almost roared at him.

“His grandfather released him from his duties. He is abroad pursuing his Master according to the dictates of his grandfather.”

The manager answered carefully.

“No!”

Fenris sat on the ground and kept embarrassing himself.

“Are you okay?” The manager asked concerned. “Let me get you water. What did he do to you?”

Fenris could not say anything. As he took the glass from the manager’s hand, he smashed it on the ground.

“Now you need to leave or I call the security on you. I think you should go home.”

Fenris wouldn’t leave. He hoped Peter would appear out of nowhere so he could bury him alive. Finally, he left in dismay.
