I gasped at the words I just heard, placing my hand on the door to Kevin's study to steady myself so I wouldn't slip as I eavesdropped on him and give myself away.

I knew it was bad to listen in on others but I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to sneak up on my mate and listen to what he discussed with his beta without his consent.

I had been bored in the garden after staying there all alone with nothing much to do. I realized how attached I had gotten to having the triplets around and how miserable I was without them. I had realized after Kevin left with Liam that I didn't want any alone time for myself as I had initially thought and walked away from the garden, going in search of the triplets

I found out that they were still busy and headed towards Kevin's study, hoping that he would have been done talking with Liam and we could continue from where we left off before Liam interrupted us.
