CHAPTER 91: Jessica’s sickness

Callista’s POV~~

A few days later,.

“She should get better when she wakes,” Shaman Magnus said, staring at my worried and confused face.

“I can’t let anything happen to her, Shaman,” I said amidst tears that had glistened in my eyes.

“Babe, she will be fine.” Lily held my hand in hers.

My gaze went to the bed, where Jessica was lying motionless. She had been very sick for the past two days, and every portion that Shaman Magnus had brewed for her seemed to have no effect on healing her. It left me bothered and worried about her state of health. I can’t lose Jessica.

“Moon Goddess, please save my baby,” I said, raising my head to stare at the top of the thatched roof of the hut. My intention was to look up at the moon goddess to see if she could see my tears.

“She will be fine. Stop crying.” Lily’s voice carried a hint of emotion in it.

“She has been like this for the past two days,” I lamented.

“Let her wake up and see if there will be a change,” Shaman Magnus said with a worr
