I had run for hours before I found myself at that waterfall, hours from my pack, the one I lost her scent at back when everything happened as she had to run.

Lucian wore himself out as he force us to shift back once we were sitting by the water, the mist of the water hitting my bare skin gently as it hit down into the water at the bottom of the falls.

I sat there for a while, enjoying the coolness of the water as I dipped my body into it by the shore line. I had been sitting there for a while when Lucian finally came forward again now that he had a rest.
