A decision to make.

Two hours have passed now since the meeting ended and Kaelan was yet to be back. I had already gotten one hour of sleep, and had spent the other hour reading books.

Time to time, my mind would wander off in thoughts regarding Kaelan's attitude back at the meeting.

Was he always like that? I would ask myself. And only then did I realise that I didn't know Kaelan one bit. The only Kaelan I knew was the one he presented to me. I had no idea how he spent his days, his interactions, likes and dislikes. We were about to be mated and married soon, and I had no idea who my future husband is. It was scary to a certain extent.

An idea came to my mind, 'Sneak into his room and find out more.' I shrugged the idea away. Doing so would only cause a rift in our relationship if I get caught. Although everything about Kaelan appeared mysterious to me, I couldn't risk searching his room.
