Isadora “This was a bad mistake…” Isadora thought while she served up the remaining moonshine. Most of the Alpha’s guests had already left. In the beginning, Eutychus wanted to take the chance and gloat at everyone that was there and especially that Alaric. Alaric was pretty much done with the whole gig. His head hurt from all the pheromones in the air, the smoke from cigars and the music. The worst of it all was the physical task of walking around, making sure that the escorts he got from Sammy weren’t being mistreated. Isadora was ready to go home, no. She wanted to go home, her father's house to be precise, but she also wanted to be with Eutychus. At first, things had been okay she was even enjoying herself as she let loose. Sure, her heat was somehow under control since the pills were working as they should and the urge to mount any wolf before she had diminished. It was the ‘epic’ event that had proved different. The air was ripe with arousal and that wasn’t a good combination with the power of the full moon at its highest peak. To make the night even more insufferable, Darrian was there. He was the last person she had expected to see. Neither the time nor palce were favorabele for her at the momment. The fate of the Nightfall Pack was bound to change with the events that took place at the grand party Darrian threw. What had started as a powerplay did not go as planned for him and some of the other patrons present. First, his little Wolf’s Bane stint did not have the effect he had hoped for. The modified herb was supposed to cause chaos and destruction where he would come in and save the day, effectively defacing the rogues and Eutychus. He had watched in bated breath as the frenzy of horny and thirsty wolves canoodled, taking the treats without a thought. Darrian’s real intention was to rob the casino. No one knew that he was struggling to fund his extravagant lifestyle. He did get paid for his diplomatic work but there were always some extra expenses to be incurred especially when it came to making alliances, Alpha Fininan was all too ready to make as many powerful allies as he could.
