"I wasn't going to see her,” Aztec said to his beta as he looked around the pack, like he was hoping to have at least one sighting of his woman.

He wanted to see her, desperately that if there wasn't an important matter like Rodrigo and insisted, he would have rushed to her to see her. Fuck, he missed her even when he smelled like another woman’s perfume. He was screwed, but what else was there for a man like him anyway?

"Yeah right. Come now brother, you can meet your wife later, no?” Rodrigo said as he dragged an unwilling Aztec with him. Eventually, the alpha figured that he would either let Rodrigo drag him to the pack house or he would follow him voluntarily.

"Whatever. What pressing issues are there anyway, and if you tell me it's your inability to cook again, I’ll lock you up,” Aztec said, his tone going from cold to frustrated. He knew Rodrg did things that made him question if he was a beta or a stupid human, but at the end of the day, Aztec loved him like a brother.
