CHAPTER TWENTY TWO

With a sigh, Salvetti sat down on the couch in his office. The person or people who were wasting time outside his office door should grow up and adopt a hobby. There were too many sounds in the corridor, and he was sure he saw a silhouette in the corner.

The horror was so noticeable he could almost taste it.

"Roughly speaking, tomorrow." During their latter talk, Travis picked up just where he left off. He wanted Salvetti to go shopping with Salviana, Lanaya, and anybody else who didn't want to go along. "Lanaya would be safer at a busy shopping center."
