Chapter 70 - You!
Maya woke up to absolute darkness and the murky smell of dust and dirt.
Her hands and legs were numb. She didn't know how long they have been tied to the metallic chair she was sitting on.
More than anything, she suppressed the overwhelming urge to scream help, rip her hair apart, cause drama, or any of the other stuff, victims in the Crime thriller movie she sees, usually participate in that just indicate to viewers they ain't making it out alive.
Apart from not wanting to piss off her kidnappers, she didn't want them to have any idea that she was now awake.
She looked around the desolate big room she have been left in. Apart from the smell of dust and abyss, she could also see cobwebs hanging on the wall and though she tried not to think of it, she knew that hairy insects and creatures thought her an invader of their home.
