Chapter 151: Twenty-Five Minutes

ELVA'S POV

I woke up to a hand around my waist, holding me tight to prevent me from leaving. I turned to look at Darian still sleeping and I smiled. I loved the way he looked so cute with his messy hair. I lifted my hand to touch his face and the strands of hair that were on his face to the side.

The sun was up and was on his face. I noticed how he wasn't comfortable with the light that was on his face so I used my left hand to block the sun from reaching his eyes. Five seconds after I did that he was back to sleeping comfortably again.

After about twenty-five minutes my hand was hurting from staying up that long, so I thought of something. I turned fully to face him and placed my right elbow on the pillow close to his head but not close enough to see where his head was to fall. I checked if my right hand was long enough to block the sun from reaching his eyes and thankfully they were, so I just replaced my left hand that was not resting on anything for support with my right hand t
