The air smelt sour and the coldness was evident. As I walked deeper into the dungeon and past the prisoners, I noticed that most of them were asleep. The few that were awake stared at me blankly as I walked by.

When I reached her cell, I saw that she was humming a familiar tone. A tone that made me emotional.
