Chapter 42

Hailey and her friends went their separate ways.

Hailey was making her way to the parking lot where she parked her car when she spotted a man laying on the ground, covered in blood.

She screamed in terror, her scream could be heard from a distance.

Arthur and Dawn just happened to be walking out of the hotel and on their way to the parking lot when they heard her scream. They both ran to where the scream came from with worried expressions.

But their worried expressions changed into frowns when they spotted who the person screaming was.

Knowing Hailey, Arthur thought she was just screaming to cause a scene as always. Since she was quite a drama queen.

"Hailey, what's wrong now?" Arthur asked with an irritated expression on his face, as he and Dawn walked toward Hailey.

Glued to her place in shock, Hailey sluggishly pointed her hand to where the man she saw was laying.

"There is a dead man there." Hailey said, without looking in the direction where she was pointing.
