Elijah Hayes, was invited to the meeting since his family was the first ranked family in Riverwalk. His family had a networth of billions and one of the biggest business groups in the country, so it was obvious that he would get invited to such important functions.

What Elijah didn't expect was to see Stacey at the gathering.

"Well, wouldn't you know?" Elijah mumbled, nudging his friends shoulder. Staring at Stacey as she walked towards Arthur.

"What?" Elijah's friend turned to look the way Elijah was pointing and he gasped in shock. "Whoa, Eli that's the woman who broke your heart!" Elijah's friend gasped.

"Uh huh… and she's here with that useless lover of her's." Elijah muttered, his eyes bloodshot. He always suspected Stacey ran away with Arthur, and now seeing them in the same place only confirmed it. And that made his blood boil.

"I say, you teach her a lesson." Elijah's friend urged taking a sip of his wine. Knowing Elijah will listen to him.
