Ariel's POV

I was pushed inside the cell by the female warder. I almost fell on the floor. Kevin was trying to find his way in. But he wasn't allowed to come in at all. I chose this to happen. I chose it to be able to face my problems. This is my battle. My battle. I wasn't born to be a coward even though I acted so gullible and stupid before. In my past life.

But now, no matter what, I will face it. I will not allow anyone to get hurt because of me. I haven't hurt Ace and Chloe that much but if I was given the chance to do it again, I would do it again.

My feet hurt and I began to feel pain all over. I wasn't fully healed yet. But I couldn't tell Kevin this. He would be so worried about me. Kevin held the iron gate shaking it. Trying to make it open. He frowned when all proved abortive.

"Don't worry. I promise I will get you out of here. Please hold on, my love." He told me and I moved closer to him. The iron gate was what separated us. H
