The bottle throw

Kevin's POV…

Ariel helplessly flushed heavily afterward; her cheeks were bright pink, and she briefly looked away. I never knew she'd get so flustered to the extent she couldn't speak.

I snickered as I let go out her hands. The air was getting somewhat awkward, but thankfully the reappearance of the waiter cleared it. He placed our dishes on the table as he dashed out a friendly smile.

“Food's here” I spoke, and she finally faced me. Yet, she didn't maintain eye contact. Ariel gently removed her jacket, revealing her blemish free but pale skin. I marvelled at how effortlessly beautiful she can be. She noticed my persistent gaze, then snapped her fingers in my face.

“Yeah?” I curved an eyebrow, although I never broke my gaze on her. “Aren't you going to eat?” she asked with a small smile; it's obvious she's slightly shy.

“If you're on the menu I'll be happy to” I responded with a coquettish smile. Ariel batted her shiny eyelashes repeatedly before she blushed excessively again.
