Chapter 47 The Brother Returns

Melody wanted to turn around to get a clear look at the person, but what met her eyes was an explosion of fiery light. Amidst the crimson fragments that filled the sky, she suddenly woke up, seeing the warm sunlight outside the window. It made her realize that she was drenched in cold sweat.

It was testament to how horrifying the nightmare was.

Melody gasped for breath, rubbing her slightly aching head as she got up. She hadn't completely escaped the nightmare. Due to her previous memory loss, that scene felt just like yesterday.
