Chapter 24

One of the things that I spent my time in these two days is reading all the previous files about the drought. They applied uncompleted solutions or pretty bad ones. The most important bad one was that they cut the trees in those regions. Cutting down the trees is like destroying the only way for them to survive, they thought that trees take too much water and since the drought is caused by lack of water, they decided that eliminating what can consume water seemed the most logical thing to them.

We need to plant more trees, at least to make it up to the ones that were cut. Nature needs trees to function, and these people took the only way for nature to work. We’ll need a lot of resources to make the project work. Furthermore, we need money. Increasing the task won’t help us for too long; instead, it will cause a problem within citizens.
