Chapter 56

The D-Day was drawing near.

He had spent most of his time in his chambers, drinking wine and brainstorming. He had asked that no one disturb him.

How could anyone take his rightfully place? Not just anyone but a woman!

It made bile rise in his throat.

"A woman can not become the Alpha of Antarti. Not under my watch!"

His fingers stroked his chin as he kept thinking about what to do to salvage this current situation. He needed to do something about it and from the looks of it, this new female Alpha was a powerful one.

A knock sounded on his double mahogany doors. Any external noise seemed like a torment to him and he replied with a cry of livid anguish. "What the hell do you want? Why the hell are you disturbing my peace? I thought I asked everyone to give me some space?!"

"My Lord," Came a muffled cry or discomfort but the man was too distracted to give listening ears.

"You better leave me door this instant and keep relay any news to me later."
