“WHETHER it’s true or not, it doesn’t matter,” said August as his gaze went onto the audience, specifically looking for Samantha. “It’s all a part of the past now.”

August said that as an answer, but he’s mainly pertaining to Samantha. He wanted her to know that she doesn’t have any effect on him now. To be honest, he’s disgusted by how she hides her own sister for the sake of her dreams.

“Ooh, you answer so well!” August got another genuine compliment from Adrianna as she smiled sweetly, and August smiled shyly in response.

‘Nice one, August!’ Daphne, who was sitting in the audience, couldn’t help but be proud as she was the one who taught August how to answer difficult questions.
