When it all falls apart

SERENITY'S POV

After the Fallen Moon pack left, we headed back to Moonstone Sky. Once we got back there, we headed into the packhouse and went up to the Alpha's floor to the private living room up there. Once everyone is there, we all sit down and wait for the omegas to leave once they have brought food and drinks for everyone.

Skyler is sitting next to me, so many questions are running through my head. The main one being why did he come looking for me. Is he just working for Statham to get me back to the pack or is he genuinely concerned about me?

I know that I can feel his intentions for me are sincere, but my head tells me that this is a person who is part of the family that tortured me my whole life. Even if he didn't want to hurt me, he still participated in my pain.

"Skyler, why did you come looking for me? Are you doing this for Statham? Or do you genuinely want to help me and have things to tell me about Jayce, Statham and that bitch that refused to acknowledge my existence?"
