Chapter Forty-four
The elite trackers have already arrived in Amberwood.
It took them three days on their way back from far north of the country.
One of them went inside the mansion to speak with Dante. So far Amberwood is peaceful at the moment. The opposition have stayed quiet since Dante was stripped of his claim.
“That is correct my lord, the Alpha Rio sent us back. He wants to tell you that they will be the one to continue the search for those sorcerers.” Prometheus, the head of the tracking unit reported to Dante.
Dante smacked the top of his table upon hearing this.
“Nonsense! Does he really think he can find them on his own? Even with the help of these elite trackers they couldn’t find one. How on earth is he going to that?” Leonard burst in anger.
Though he was feeling frustrated not having good results, he cannot give up on this mission or else there would be no one to save Deadrei from Augustus.

It was morning when Dante heard the vehicles arriving. The roar of the engines stopped simultaneously as the passengers gets down from their rover. Rio brought Incur and two other elderly sorcerers, Primo and Geovanni. The three of them are the most skilled sorcerers among them.As the three of them set foot outside the vehicle, eyes around them started to check on them, sniffing their scent from the air. Incur looks at Rio and he nods to him. Dante gets out of the mansion to meet them. He was wearing his classic Italian grey suit paired with black brogue shoes shined to perfection. Calixto follows up behind him sporting a black leather jacket and a tattered blue denim pants.“Welcome back brother, I hope that you have some good news. You have been away for a while.” He was faking a smile at him, a forced one to be accurate.The other people around them paid respect to their Alpha by bowing their heads to him while passes on their way to the mansion.
