Chapter 29: Arielle's Inner Wolf

Now, Isabella looks at me with a complicated expression.

"I didn't expect you to be a half-wolf. I don't even smell your wolf blood. Now that you said you were a half-wolf, I can smell your faint wolf blood. I wonder why..." she said while frowning.

I hummed. "Actually, my inner wolf was in a deep sleep. Because of that, I couldn't even transform into my wolf form." Well, that's because I still don't remember my inner wolf's name. However, I have a feeling that I could wake her up soon.

"Was that even possible?" she frowned and pondered.

"You know I couldn't use my cold flame, right? That's because of my inner wolf. If I wake her up, I could use my cold flame at will." I said forlornly.

Silence fell throughout the room. Suddenly, Isabella squeezed my hand that was resting on the table. "Ari, I hated werewolves, but you are an exception. I hope you remember that. Our friendship is more important than that."

"Thank you, Isa." I felt relieved and beamed.

She smiled and then turned solemn
