I checked and discovered it was Jackson.
Huh?
Jackson? Why's he calling me?
I cleared my throat a bit before picking the call.
"Hey, Bethel" he called. immediately.
"Hi" I replied, perfunctorily.
We haven't spoken on phone after the day I met him at the marriage school.
"Where are you? Are you at home?" He asked.
"Yeah" I replied, tucking my hair behind my ear.
"Okay. Um...could you step out for a minute? I'm outside the gate".
I furrowed my brows in surprise and looked at the gate.
"You're...outside the mansion?" I asked.
"Yeah".
Immediately, I hurried to the gate and the securities let me out. And immediately i got outside, I found him in a black car.
