I am going to kill Lucy for this. The bitch had to get sick just this week when she had to go interview some CEO of a new company or something...I can't really remember.

Daniel is gonna be mad if I don't get home before curfew. Daniel was Lucy's brother. Daniel, Lucy and I had been living together since we moved to Seattle for college. The Keringtons were a well known family in North America, that's how Lucy got this interview in the first place. I always used to tease them for their title- the Keringtons!! It cracked me up every time.

They were so unbelievably rich but quite humble.

Anyway, so I'm 18 but in the 3rd year of college because I'm super smart. My family had been friends with the Keringtons for as long as I can remember, I basically grew up with them ever since...well, ever since that fateful night. I shuddered at the thought of it.
