~Day Five, Friday
"I am so sorry, I slept in."
Juliette stumbled into the hall, her fingers fumbling with her ponytail.
Alpha Kade turned to glare at Juliette as she hurried in. Jazz hadn't woken her, but left without her.
Alpha Kade's eyes blazed a oblivion black as she ran over to sit with the rest of the group. Juliette didn't sit by Jazz.
"Next time, expect punishment," he hissed, wringing his hands together. He didn't seem nice at all, but then again she had broken a rule.
"As I was saying class, I only have you for the morning. The afternoon will be spent with the Alpha King, who will be eliminating the first few students of the week," Kade said, a smirk playing on his lips.
~Part One, SaturdaySeriously.Juliette sat up, glaring at Jazz's sleeping figure. She lay on her side, her back to Juliette.Juliette slipped from bed, padding over to where Jazz slept. She looked oh so peaceful. And Juliette wanted to throw her out the window. Her mouth hung open, drool pooling out the side. Her sleeping self had decided to rouse Juliette at four in the morning with loud, annoying snoring. On a goddamn Saturday as well!Juliette sighed and picked up her thin dressing gown. She was probably breaking a few rules, but another ounce of trouble wouldn't do no harm. She slipped from the room, smiling as the cool morning breeze wrapped around her. The sun was starting to come up again, casting
~Part Two, Saturday"I will not go in there," Juliette said stubbornly, glaring at the mahogany doors. The Alpha King stood behind her, his hands on her shoulders."I think you two should forgive each other," he prompted, giving her a slight push to the door. Juliette growled."That bitch doesn't deserve it," Juliette said, putting all her effort into the glare she shot at the door, like Maya would be standing in front of it."If you apologize, she will too," Jaxon tempted. Juliette sighed and turned to face the King.He looked oh so splendid. This morning, the nurse had kicked him out, and he had enough time to freshen up for the 'meetings' this morning.Everyone had come to meet Maya and Jaxon's mother Maria. Even Jazz had dragged Juliette along. His hair was more bru
~Sunday"Top of the morning to you!"Juliette flung the curtains open, letting in a stream of bright light that almost blinded her in.Jazz groaned from behind her, shoving a pillow over her face. Juliette pushed the window open, enjoying the cool breeze that brushed over her clammy skin."That's more like it," she murmured to herself. She turned, seeing Jazz still hibernating under that bloody pillow."And this is when you reply with, 'and the rest of the day to yourself'," Juliette's finished. Jazz mumbled something incoherently into her pillow.Jazz stuck her head out, inspecting her watch which lay on her bedside table. Once she had seen the time, she gave a death glare in Juliette's direction."Seven thirty? Seven bl
~Day six, Monday"The early bird catches the worm!"Yes, Juliette had kept to her promise, and had woken before Jazz again. Jazz sat up instantly, shooting a death glare at Juliette's figure."Please don't make a habit of waking me with witty Good Morning lines," Jazz grumbled, practically rolling out of bed."I'm not going to make any promises. Look, I found where you keep the towels," Juliette said, her smile growing. Jazz glowered at her."Great, do you want me to call up the Famous Five, I hear they have a spot opening to make it the Famous Six!" Jazz said sarcastically. Juliette rolled her eyes."No, but do you want to Shrink to deal with those anger issues you got going on," Juliette retorted, throwing a towel straight at Jazz's face."Can we shower already, I'm not a morning person," Jazz said, stalking to the door."Clearly," Juliette mutter
~Day Seven, Tuesday"I swear this is illegal," Jazz whispered hoarsely, her eyes darting around the dark area. Juliette squinted toward her prize"I'm pretty sure a night market isn't illegal Jazz," Juliette admonished, her fingers fondling the silky fabric of the blue dress."We will be on the run, criminals, culprits, delinquents!" Jazz exclaimed, her eyes wide and worried. Juliette rolled her eyes, grabbing the hanger of the dress and holding against her body.Juliette had managed to convince Jazz to sneak out to an all night market at 2:30 in the morning. She needed a dress for Jaxon's birthday, and a birthday present.Yes they had snuck out when they weren't supposed too. But Juliette knew she had no other time."Does this look good?" Juliette asked. The dress was just enough for h
~Day Eight, Wednesday"He's gonna...I'm gonna...he's gonna...we're gonna die!"Jazz watched Juliette curiously, as she paced the room, the warm morning sun glowing over her tan skin. Juliete seemed to be nearly ripping her blonde hair out."I mean you can smell it right?" Juliette questioned. She already knew the answer, but she had been babbling for over ten minutes now, and no one would be stopping her now."You smell like pheasant, if Chris's scent was a perfume," Jazz mused, a slight smile on her face. Juliette groaned and flopped back on her bed."I hate my life!""No need to be over dramatic, what happened anyway?" Jazz asked. Juliette flushed at the graphic memory."Trust me, you don't want to know. He kissed me, now his scent is all over me. How on earth do I get an Alphas scent of me!" Juliette was getting desperate."Soap and water, that's
~Part One, Day Nine, Thursday"Is it me, or do you look a little off today?"Juliette rubbed her eyes, wondering if ignoring Blaise's comment was her best option. She had barely slept last night due to the surprise stranger. She kept thinking he was going to jump back through the window and hurt her or Jazz. Now she sat in the gym for weapon handling, contemplating whether she should tell Jaxon about the intruder. She didnt want the strangers threat to fall through, making her constantly anxious and apprehensive about going back into her room alone. But tonight was the Alpha Kings birthday party, and she was his date."You reckon?"Juliette smoothed her hair down, not exactly oblivious to the fact that her hair was most likely a wild mess, and her eyes were probably red and puffy after all her rubbing. And not to ment
~Part Two, Day Nine"You are quite the clumsy one, aren't you?" Chris groaned after Juliette had stepped on his foot for the sixth time. Juliette smiled sheepishly, a blush tinting her cheeks."Dancing isn't a pactice rogues specialize in," Juliette answered as Chris carried her around the dance floor. He was a very good dancer, and put Juliette to shame instantly."True," he murmuered, his emerald eyes peering down at her. He looked a lot more content here then he did at his work; much more relaxed. The dance floor was filling up some people drunk from too much of the endless supply of wine that was being offered. Chris either hadn't been dinking, or he just had a very high tolerance to the drug, for he moved and spoke gracefully."Your name is Christian?"Chris swallowed, his eyes burning intensly into Juliette's."Correct, although I would prefer if you would con
