Maria passed away a few days later. When it happened, Liam had been with Amelia on the rooftop of the tallest building in Sableton, watching the city lights.

"I've always felt that Sableton was a huge city. But now, it looks so small!"

Looking at Amelia's smiling face, Liam decided to indulge her. "Do you like the scenery from up here?"
