Alora’s POV

Mira sat quietly on a couch, she looked frightened. I wonder what they did to make her calm and scared as well. The moment she saw me she got up immediately but it was as though something scared her away.

What’s wrong with her?!, I turned around to see Aiden and Marshal standing behind me and by myself Liam who was smiling.

“Can I speak to her privately?!.” I asked .

“You know there is no difference right!!.” Liam asked as he stared at Mira.

He is right they were still going to hear everything we say, but Mira didn’t know what I did.

“But still leave!!.” I said.

They both nodded and left except Aiden, I knew I couldn’t push him away so I let him in.

“Mira are you okay?!.” I asked.

Mira nodded and smiled at me, Aiden was few steps away from me.

“That’s great, I am going back to the restaurant to work, I might come check on you after my closing time!.” I informed her, Mira nodded one more time.
