******“Welcome Miss Amanda. Please you are to wait in the living room. *****Amanda waited for everyone to leave the office that evening. Although, it was difficult for her to get rid of her only friend at work, she still had to successfully convince him to leave. She told Nelson that her boss was unable to make it to work so, he instructed her to do some paper work in the office. Of course, that information was a lie but it was the only way Nelson could leave. When she noticed everyone had left, she took the yellow file and hurried straight to Tony Wright’s office on the sixth floor. Tony had told her he would be out so, she found his secretary sitting in her small desk in front of a black french door, belonging to Tony's office. *****Amanda went on with her normal routine, but that morning was slightly different. Amanda had just got back from her morning run, she was about going to change out of her sweaty clothes and take a cool shower when she heard a distracting news on her TV set.“One Miss Sarah Bright was found dead in her apartment on Tuesday morning by one of her neighbor who said she came by to return the cooler she had borrowed from Sarah. The neighbor, Mrs. Gift Sylva, had told the reporters that she met the door open, and like she normally did, she walked in and found Sarah lying dead on living room floor. That was when she called the police. Today, the police says: the result came out negative; they still haven’t been able to find out the cause of Sarah's death." The device in Amanda’s watch is military grade and as I am speaking to you the police are tracking her every move and listening to every conversation she’s having with anyone. It is even reading her pulse, see.” Nelson showed Junior the readings on the side of his laptop screen “This means her pulse is stable. The moment there is change in the readings, it will send a distress code and the police will not be too far. ******Dress on the bed, shoes on the floor, a glass of red wine on the room table and Nina Simone playing on the stereo system from the living room. Amanda smiled at her reflection while she dressed; she rolled her hair up and brushed up the strands of hair that fell on her face. She opened the drawer she kept her makeup in, took out her a red lipstick and applied it on her sweet lips. Amanda made sure it was perfect, that she looked mesmeric. Then, she took the silver earrings on the dresser and clipped it on her ears.Lying on her bed was a glittering, dark blue dress Elena, her friend in fashion, had sent to her. Amanda picked up the dress and tried it on. She stood a while in front of the mirror admiring the way the gown highlighted every curve on her body, she turned to peek at her back on the mirror and she loved how the blue net behind, was used.
