She remembered back in her days when their mother used to warn them to never go to the Outskirt of the City and to never associate with an Outlaw, they were bad people who never abide by the rules nor obey the lawmakers. She remembered her mother filling her with warning sounds of how they are filled with thieves, rapists, murderers, and all sorts of crime and so she had planted the same seeds into her own daughter such people can not be allowed a place in the Main City or be given the freedom to roam about as they pleased.
