"Here?" She asks and I smile before hoisting her in my arms, and dropping her on the hood of the car. Almost instantly, she spreads her legs and I get between them; dropping my hands on her thighs.
"Cold?" I ask her and she nods. I shrug my jacket off my shoulders, and wrap it around her body.
Ashley chuckles and wraps her hands around my waist. "Look at you being all gentleman. " She teases and I groan, but I'm unable to curb the smile on my face.
"The snow will start soon. " I tell her and she nods, shifting to the edge of the hood, before bringing my head against her chest and I wrap my arms around her waist.
"Did Mike ever call?" She asks abruptly, and I shake my head. "Weird, because it's the first time he'll go so long without a need to turn my life upside down, but I guess he learned his lesson. "

ASHLEY. I wake up to Sinclair's head resting heavily on my stomach with his arms wrapped around me in a possessive grip that brings a smile to my face. I push my hand to his head and coil my fingers through his curls, cackling when he lifts his head slightly before dropping it and turning his face to the other side. The smile on my face is quick to be replaced with a frown at the remembrance of how my dad showed up and ruined Christmas for my family before it even started. Now, Vincent is nowhere to be found on Christmas Eve. My irritation for Ben grows by the second, rather than lessens with each thought that crosses my mind, and I find it annoyingly difficult to understand my mother. "Ashley. " I jump in fright; my eyes wide as I meet Arabella's gaze. She's standing beside the bed with a blank face and her hands by her side.

ASHLEY. "You're here?" Mom has a wide smile on her face as she leans against the door, and I nod with a small smile of mine. "We are. Can you let us in at least, Vanessa? It's so fucking cold. " I groan and she chuckles before stepping to the side. We all walk inside the house and I rub my palms against each other as Sinclair grabs the boxes from me and leaves them next to the ones Vanessa prepared. "Vincent isn't here?" Mom asks, and I turn to look at her. Sadness washes over her face as I slowly shake my head, but she's quick to cover it with a smile. "That's okay. I'm glad you guys are here. " I assure her and she smiles before lifting her hand to her belly; her baby bump is now obvious and gives the perfect touch to the bride. "What if they gossip about the pregnancy, Ashley? What if they scorn us for it?" She mumbles with eyes full of worry, and I shake my head. "No, they will not do that. This is your wedding, Lillian, not theirs. Who cares if the bride is pregnant on the big day? It makes everything so fucking perfect to me. " I shrug. Lillian chuckles. "Thank you, Ashley. Thank you all for every single reader who followed from the beginning up to this moment. SIN has officially ended and I still find it a bit difficult to believe it myself. We have come so far and I hope you all had a fantastic time on the journey. Now about future projects.
