Summer's POV.

"I didn't do it, and you know it! I didn't!" I struggled to pull out of their strongholds, but it was just becoming so difficult to do so.

My eyes became all moist as the thoughts of the past came storming right into my mind.

I couldn't help but recall that very night where I was locked up by Alpha Alexander because he didn't want me to leave the mansion, but I ended up running away.

I was still getting drawn towards the cell where I'd be locked when, just then and unexpectedly, the doors to the mansion opened not to just anyone but to my children.

My eyes instantly snapped towards them, and seeing my eyes all moist, their pretty smiles changed instantly into a frown tinged with concern and worry.

"Mommy? Mommy, are you okay?" Jason suddenly asked as he rushed towards me with his hand on my dress.

He was obviously scared of the men who were holding me, and I couldn't help but feel bad about it. I made them forget the fact that they had fun with their granddad.
