Pushing Him Away!

Alexander's POV.

In my determination to make him leave, I realized that pulling his strings and displaying a certain level of rudeness might be necessary. If that's what it took, I was willing to go down that path.

"Is it a common occurrence for you to just get up and decide to visit someone's mate at this hour?" A sly grin crept onto my lips, reveling in the evident surprise that played across his face as he stared at me in disbelief.

Unmoved by the potential impact of fear or shock on him, my sole focus was on keeping him as far away as possible from my Summer.

"Alpha Alexander, you..." Summer began to say, but before she could complete her sentence, Jordan interjected, cutting her off exactly as I had hoped he would.

"It's fine, Sum..." he chuckled, his laughter ringing in the air. My gaze fixed on him with a simmering undercurrent of hatred.

The fact that he had given a nickname to my Kitten irked me more than I cared to admit.
